Villa Via is graded 3 star by the South African Tourism Grading Council.

The Company
The Company, Eraki Trading 103 (Pty) Ltd is a limited liability private company, incorporated in terms of the Companies Act, 1973. The Company acquired Villa Via during March 2005 and Management took over the operations on 10th March 2005.

Promoters and Management
The promoters are Dr. M Amarath-Madhav (43) and Mr. M Amarath (41) all of whom are South Africans from Previously Disadvantaged Groups(PDGs) and each holding 50%. PDG WL ensures that there is a broader participation by PDGs in the accommodation industry. Approximately 8 jobs have been created for people from PDGs and provide basic subsistence for about 40 people. All 8 jobs are filled by youth from previously disenfranchised backgrounds.
